RETURNS POLICY

Not satisfied with our products? Don't worry, and contact us at contact@okpik-knits.com.

Our policy lasts for 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@okpik-knits.com.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES (CUSTOMS)

If you choose to return all or part of a package for which you paid import duties and taxes, Okpik-Knits cannot refund the import duties and taxes as these amounts have not been collected by Okpik-Knits.

To obtain a refund of import duties and taxes, you will need to apply for a refund following the procedures in force in the country where the import duties and taxes were paid.

SHIPPING

To return your product, contact us at contact@okpik-knits.com so that we can provide you with the return details.

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are at your expense and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
